There is no doubt there is a network connectivity problem between your system and the server. That is abundantly clear:

The problem you are experiencing is not normal. You cannot make comparisons to other programs because the amount of data, and the protocols and port numbers being used are different. The problem in this particular case is very apparent and is an issue specific to the ISP you are using.

Normally the solution would be to use Port 80 but you are saying that did not help.

We need to get confirmation of that. Follow the instructions here to use port 80:

After that, re-download the data again with Edit >>Delete All Data Download and post a copy of the Message Log again.
