I will soon be trying to do the same task. Considering the above SC post, it seems they are implying that it can't be done with simple alerts (my interpretation). So I am thinking of two approaches: 1 Set up two exact same indicators but with different alert conditions on each (one for shorts, one for longs). Or, 2: do same thing using two identical charts using different simple alerts. Does anyone agree that these solutions are workable? Or is there a better way? Thanks
