This is not a case of user error and that is something that we would never assume. The problem is that the daily open, high, low and settlement values are not being reset for the symbols. We have set that up now. This should now be correct starting tomorrow. But thinking through this, because the reset is at 0:00 UTC time, depending upon when a new bar starts in the chart according to the time zone you are using in Sierra Chart, there still could be a problem.
