Saying "Now this cannot be!" is wrong - you are calling me a liar by saying that.
You misunderstood. We had thought the problem was a combination of your system and the NSIS installer that was used previously. So we thought for sure you would not have a problem with the new installer. When you encountered this again, we thought that this cannot possibly be with the understanding of our previous analysis as to the source of the problem. However, in the next sentence we go on to say that if you are having this problem, then it must be system specific. And to try another system to prove that it is system specific. We never mentioned reinstalling the OS. Its as almost every time I ask for support I am expecting some rude response. This has more to do with a particular question, scope of support, expectation or comment from a user. You cannot look at the responses in isolation. And also have to consider we are direct and to the point and are not here to be "nice" with wording. But certainly helpful within the bounds of our support.
