Thanks. The problem was indeed caused by the firewall (Comodo). It was apparently blocking SC installer even after being shut down. I always shut down the firewall before installing any application to avoid all firewall pop-up warnings, but in this case it didn't work. The solution was to actually restart Comodo, run SC installer, and then accept all installer related traffic as safe.

Btw, I have found installer's error log, it's better than screenshots. It seems that this file is created only in case of installation failure.
