I've been trying for the last few days and the new installer just won't work on my system. I have just downloaded the latest SierraChartFileDownloader.exe (4,494,848 bytes). Here are the screenshots: http://i.imgur.com/sgrv1Og.png http://i.imgur.com/srwwlAa.png http://i.imgur.com/IxusfYI.png I'm still on Windows XP but that shouldn't be an issue, everything else works just fine (new and old versions of SC, IB TWS, Firefox, IE, Opera, Pegasus Mail). Windows error code 10060 usually indicates router problems, I'm on DSL connection with a modem and a router. Is there a full installer 1419.SierraChartSetupNoCLRPrerelease.exe available anywhere? Personally, I avoid using using those mini installers as much as possible, there are always problems with them. Full installers are bullet proof. Full installer is also the best solution to upgrade multiple instances of SC. With a mini installer you end up pulling 20 or so MB of files from the server for each instance.
