xxxx999- Hi- Im using a third party provider and getting the below logged in my trade log from IB. Whenever these messages come order updates dont come from TWS to my third party provider. Interactive Brokers ; Stopping automatic Trade Position updates for account: DU27* ; 2016-05-27 11:02:20 Interactive Brokers ; Requesting Trade Positions snapshot and updates (IB account data updates) for account: DU27* ; 2016-05-27 11:02:20 Message from IB: API client has been unsubscribed from account data. IB Error Code: 2100. Request ID: -1. ; 2016-05-27 11:02:20 Interactive Brokers ; Received Trade Positions download end message for account DU27* ; 2016-05-27 11:02:20 Any advice on this issue would be great,
Joshua B: The message " API client has been unsubscribed from account data" indicates that an active subscription for account values has been cancelled.
Joshua B: After which no further updates about changes in account or portfolio values would be sent
Joshua B: That can occur for several reasons, most commonly because the account subscription was cancelled by the API client.
Joshua B: Or it could happen if there is a extended disconnection.
