Here is the error in activity log. Order are not sent

"Interactive Brokers order update (Order reject). Info: Trade Account does not match Sierra Chart Trade Simulation setting. Internal Order ID: 213. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: AMBA | 2016-05-25 07:42:42 *"

Trade simulation is off for both the instances and would like for the orders to sent to IB.

Also is this new instance temporary ? when does it get deleted? any settings saved in this , would they persist when I open it next time.

I usually close and exit out of my sierra end of day.
