There definitely is some connectivity problem. Could be caused by a firewall or the ISP or some other connectivity problem between your location and the server. What specifically the connection problem is, is not known because the Rithmic API does not provide those details. Connecting to CQG is a lot simpler because it uses a single connection that Sierra Chart directly makes. So you can either try to figure this out and wait to see if it clears or try using CQG.
