This problem goes directly to the fact of why we do not support these API components which Rithmic uses. We strongly advise you to contact your broker have them move you over to CQG, from Rithmic. We do not know. Clearly there is some kind of connectivity issue though. The problem is that we cannot know how to handle this properly because there is not consistent and standardized behavior with the connection. We simply do not have direct control over this. Once again, we recommend you contact your broker and have them move you off Rithmic and to CQG.
