                Did you follow the documented procedure? In our experience often users do not follow the exact documented procedure.  If the data is re-downloaded and the Symbol Settings are correct, there is no reason why you would have this problem. Also check Global Symbol Settings: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php Verify there is a Historical Chart Symbol set for the Interactive Brokers CL-######-NYMEX future symbol or update the Symbol Settings: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings If you still have a problem we will need for you to enable the detailed logging and provide us the Message Log.
