The reason help topic 30 is not meaningless, is because it still is going to be one of the items listed and it gives us an idea of where the problem is. However, we definitely would not expect anything like this and we would have no idea where to look. It could be that your configuration is not efficient to begin with, and due to changes with the final compiled executable, your CPU just is not running it as fast as before.
