                We would not expect the problem to occur outside of the Program Files folder. So move Sierra Chart outside of that folder. The root folder should be drive:\SierraChart. You can then install multiple instances in that folder. After moving the folder be sure to update the Data Files Folder in Global Settings >> General Settings.
