If I understand you are telling me its my problem because it couldn't be Sierra Chart, but if I could capture the screen of the footprint and time and sales simultaneously showing what I reported you might reconsider? Your reasoning based on it is routine to not get the full data feed on a chart and that the difference between the Rithmic and ACT feed is a data feed problem, not a sierra Charts problem? Unless I can prove otherwise. Who has a reliable feed that is consistently correct? Where does the ACT data feed originate; can I assume its somebody's re-branded data feed? |
