We do not believe there is any problem. What you are describing simply makes no sense . And there are no known cases of this. It is not unusual for a data feed to not transmit some data and therefore it will be missing from the chart. This is a very routine occurrence that we cannot help with since we are not the provider of the data feed. What is unusual, is to see certain trades in the Time and Sales window but not see them in the Numbers Bars chart. That is what you have to show us. So just show us what you are seeing. This is all. So at the time you see it just simply take a screenshot as explained and we will look at it and understand what the issue is.
