I've had recent conversations with support abut this issue. I have changed the connection from mode 1 to TCP/IP and back to mode 1; it still drops ticks. The time and sales does not seem to drop ticks, eliminating the data stream as the problem. It was stated to me that if this continued that the developers needed to get involved. I noticed yesterday (5-5-2016) at 0757:19 and at 0756:31 that block trades(CL: 38 @ 45.14 and 68 @ 45.21) printed on the T&S but did not get on the footprint chart, just a blank cell. Also, I have a fast machine running Windows 10 with no other applications running but Sierra This has all been brought to my attention due to my attendance in Maria Roussos' trade room where she runs Ninja and Rithmic data, feeding her custom programmed footprint; my sierra footprint is usually off on every five minute bar by a few ticks to 100s, more when the market is faster.
