This is an issue related to the Sierra Chart installer and some unusual problem occurring on the user's particular system. We do not think anyone else will encounter this and we have no other reports of it. The issue will no longer be relevant in about a week or two when we release a new Sierra Chart installer which is totally different than the current one.
