Hi, I hope I can explain the situation. Please, help me if you can! I found something, maybe this is it but I don't know how to resolve the problem. I tried to install another copy of Sierra Chart but not succeeded. However, on my third computer, also an XP everything goes well ! When I am trying to update on this computer the file for updating is placed in the right folder with approximately 19 MB. On my other XP I am getting an error as I told you. On my Windows7 there is nothing happening but no update.... On both computers the update file for updating (SierraChartSetup.exe) is only 2 Kb!!!! I tried to be smart, I copied the file with 19Mb to my XP with the problems and clicked on it. It looks everything goes well but when I start Infinity AT with automatically start up Sierra Charts no version 996 but still 990........ It has everything to do (I think) because I am a customer of InfinityAt with automatically starting up SierraCharts but................ Why does everything goes well on my third computer with XP and it doesn't on the other two? Maybe you have a solution? As you read, I was thinking to be smart with copying the file to the other XP and tried to install but also no suc6 because I have to login SC after the update but I don't have to do this because everything goes automatically for me.
