This is extremely concerning. We are contacting LMAX about this now. You are not using the FIX connection so you should have no fees. This is only common sense and this is why we said there are no monthly fees. We may be liable for the cost of that connection if there is insufficient trading volume. So we may have to pay the 300 USD a month until the monthly minimum trading volume has been met. It is our impression now that the monthly minimum is still not being met.
