That is quite a ridiculously high fee. If we operated like that, we would be out of business.

If you were previously using the LMAX FIX connection then you need to let LMAX know that you no longer need that. It is not needed when using the Sierra Chart "LMAX Live Trading-DTC" connection.

If you have any difficulty getting a refund just let us know and we will see if we can help with it. They definitely should refund it, if not it is not right.
