Hello, I am using Sierra charts with Barchart.com as the data provider. I have subscribed to their extended tick data for equities going back to 1 year (not the standard 1 month tick data package). However, from the message logs, I see that Sierra Charts is loading up Tick data only going back to 1 month from barchart and loading up Minute data for the rest. How do I make sure tick data is loaded up going back to 1 year? Thanks! |
