I have no problem opening just one chart. --> only 1 chart is open, nothing else.<-- I have no problem opening the trade window for --> the only chart that is open <--. I have no problem selecting from the the accounts available in -->the only trade window that is open for the only chart that is open<--. There is only one Chart open. 1 Chart. 1 trade Window for that chart. Nothing else is open. Understand ? All of this is very simple. When I change accounts in the only trade window open for the 1 and only chart that is open it does not display the Positions/Open Orders that are entered for a different account selected in the trade window. This is the same chart, the only chart that is open, with a different account selected from its Trade Window. Nothing else is open. 1 Chart is open. Only 1 chart. --->There is no confusion between multiple charts or trade windows because only 1 Chart is open and only 1 Trade Window is open.<--- If you have only one chart open and one trade window open, if you change accounts from the trade window shouldn't the only open chart follow the orders entered from its trade window ? It is not doing that here. If you change accounts in ->the trade window for the only chart open<-, does that chart not follow the account change made in its trade window ? again, I invite support to join me live to see the problem for themselves if you cannot understand this. I have been running Sierra Charts for many months now, I know what I am doing on this most basic order entry. |
