With only 1 Chart open and the Trading DOM open for that single open chart, will the Positions/Open Orders be displayed on the chart for any selected account or only one account specific to that chart? If so, how does one choose what account the chart is looking at so it will properly display the Positions/Open Orders ? I have only 1 chart open and the Trading DOM for that chart is open. It will only display the Positions/Open Orders in the chart for one specific account. I can enter and cancel orders and they are displayed properly on the chart. All orders are then cancelled and closed. I then change the account in the Trading DOM to a different account, enter orders for the new account and the Positions/Open Orders are NOT displayed on the chart. All orders are cancelled and closed. If I change back to the account that was displayed previously, it will display Positions/Open Orders in the chart again. This is a repeatable event. I am not in Simulation mode, these are live accounts. I invite support to join me live and try it for themselves. |
