I've gotten the firewall rules open so we have connectivity to Sierra Charts via our socks proxy. I am using version 1354. I also use a socks client so as to route the traffic through the socks proxy. When I try and login with the socks proxy i get a Sierra Chart Login Error: Timeout error. There was no response. However when I do a telnet it works fine.. I.e the telnet sessions goes through successfully and then disconnects as Login not detected. The ip and ports i have opened are as follows: 8.18.161.131 and 8.18.161.133 and ports 80, 443, 10048, 10049. Can someone please get back to me on this. Thanks so much for your help.
