I think I can help you with this. On my daily, I now use SIU3 and put in SIU3-FUT-NYMEX-USD for the "Alternate Real-Time Update Symbol" and that updates properly. (Using SI-201309-NYMEX-USD as the alternate didn't update properly, but I am OK since I do not trade from the chart --- this may still be an issue for those who do trade from the chart if I understand the post from the yesterday from the Sierra engineer.) |
