We have looked into this, and the unbundling of the CME tick by tick data does function properly with CTS T4.

If you want us to reactivate your Sierra Chart account, we can do that. Just let us know here anytime. You can test again.

If you test again we will need to know the symbol you are having a problem with and the date and time.
