Hi, I spoke with IB support a little while ago because my Silver futures chart is not working in SierraChart as of last night. Symbol has always been SI for the 5000 ounce contract, but now they support 5000 ounce and 1000 ounce. For September 2013, they tell me the symbols they use are SIU3 (5000 ounce, and this is what it always was) and SILU3 (1000 ounce). I have been using SI-201309-NYMEX, and this is now rejected as "Symbol is unknown". Of course, IB said to contact you about this issue. Thanks in advance ...
