Hi:
I was using Sierra version 1253.
A feature I really liked was getting the Chart values appearing on the top of my charts as shown in the image below. In particular, I find it very helpful to see the Opening time of the candlestick when the crosshair is clicked on a candlestick . (See red arrow on image attached as a file.



Problem 1.
I updated to the latest version of Sierra charts on a second machine using the same template as above but I now cannot get the Chart Values to appear above as a Header nor can I get the Opening time of the bar to appear, despite going through the Help section in detail. Please let me know how I can get back this very helpful feature. I do not like it appearing in a window as is seen above since it is disturbing.

Problem 2. I rolled over to the current contract and as you can see, the data is totally incomplete. Normally, I go to Delete/ download data and it resolves itself, but this time, no luck. The 120 and 240 minute charts are worse, with barely one or two candles at this time. Why does rollover present such issues? Can you please help resolve these issues.
