Hi, I'm using 1381 on both PC's. I'm trying to connect using the DTC server protocol. I've followed your instructions very carefully. I've also tried connecting the two SC's with all firewalls and antivirus software disabled. I see both PC's on the network and can share files accordingly. However I still receive the "windows error code 10061" when trying to connect the client PC to the server PC. Please advise as to why the target machine is actively refusing the connection.
