The decimal point position that you see is the default position as specified from the data provider. To make sure the decimal point position in a chart is set to the default, then follow the steps below: Update the Symbol Settings as explained here: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings After that apply the settings to these charts as explained here: Global Symbol Settings: Update/Apply Symbol Settings to Charts After this is done, if you want to change the decimal point position, then adjust all four of these settings in Chart >> Chart Settings: Advanced Settings 2 >> Real-Time Price Multiplier Advanced Settings 2 >> Historical Price Multiplier Main Settings >> Price Display Format Main Settings >> Tick Size You need to be certain these are all set correctly.
