The decimal point position that you see is the default position as specified from the data provider.

To make sure the decimal point position in a chart is set to the default, then follow the steps below:

Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:

After that apply the settings to these charts as explained here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateChartSettingsSteps

After this is done, if you want to change the decimal point position, then adjust all four of these settings in Chart >> Chart Settings:
Advanced Settings 2 >> Real-Time Price Multiplier
Advanced Settings 2 >> Historical Price Multiplier
Main Settings >> Price Display Format
Main Settings >> Tick Size

You need to be certain these are all set correctly. It is not within the scope of Sierra Chart support to assist with these settings as the default settings are correct. If the default decimal point position is not correct, then then let Sierra Chart support know.
