Yes, we are aware of this problem. We are getting the same error. Gain Capital/OEC has been contacted. Not sure it will help but update Sierra Chart to the current version with Help >> Download Current Version. There were some recent code changes which we added about three weeks ago to solve this kind of issue. However, our testing now shows it is not helping.
