more information: after initially seeing the correct entry arrows on the chart, i proceeded to Backtest mode. it was after this that i could no longer see any arrows. i have been through all of the steps in Steps To Create a Trading System for Automated Trading several times now and still i cannot see any trades on the chart except previous non-simulated live trades i took (live in the market) this past week. i understand that Trade Sim mode must be OFF in order to backtest, and it is off. and again, my entry formulae have not changed. i have cell J26 set at 0, so that the Order Quantity will be determined from the chart Trade Window. in addition, when performing backtesting, the system is not taking any trades. very frustrating. |
