I also use Gain/OEC and have been seeing this for the past 2 weeks. Upgraded to 1371 today and will advise if it goes away. Any trade that is exited using the flatten button leaves one oco on the chart. I press 'cancel all' followed by 'refresh trade data' to make it go away. Any open position that has a target or stop hit will clear both oco orders from the chart. It is only when hitting flatten that 1 oco hangs around. I will send some FIX logs to support@ shortly.
