when i close out a live trade, some pending orders (SL or TP) do not cancel out. broker says I am flat but on-chart orders have trouble cancelling in Sierra unless I close the program and reopen it (then all is fine). broker asked me to contact you about it. i receive this error: GainCapital FIX Trading: Received a Reject <3> message.
