This is the latest information from CQG: Its done by entitlement. The FCM can enable the market data from our database and then the trader should be able to get it
So to be able access these, you will need to open a trading account with a trading/broker service supporting CQG. We would also assume they would have to support trading in these particular exchanges mentioned. Not sure all of them would. We have asked CQG about this.
