It's not possible to get previous OHLCV data unless a chart is open. A spreadsheet study's spreadsheet sheet shows the current OHLCVT data in row 3, and previous bars' data in rows below. Each chart uses its own sheet. You can add a sheet to the spreadsheet that is not associated with a chart where data from other sheets could be combined onto a single sheet. There have recently been significant performance improvements made to the New Spreadsheets, so with 23 charts each with a spreadsheet study, it might be possible to do what you want. But there are many details that need to be known to determine if this can be done, and in a way that you can use.
