So CQG is using questionable technology and CQG has no real clue what is happening and for sure they state they can NOT solve the issue. So what should I do as Sierra trader? Close my eyes and just execute orders on questionable technology with known issues which can not be resolved by CQG? Trading is no casino activity!

Please contact your broker AMP and have them switch you over to TT. This is definitely going to be better.

Also, what markets do you trade? The reason why we ask this question is because there is the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which we are going to be making available perhaps as early as next week, to users with Sierra Chart accounts provided through brokers.
