1. This does not make sense. The time to load chart data from the local data file or download historical data will not change depending upon whether you are using TT or CQG. Refer to help topic 30: Http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/helpdetails30.html With such extreme times, this may be related to antivirus/anti-malware software. 2. It sounds like the market depth data request is getting rejected from CQG because your account is not authorized for depth. We have implemented a solution to this kind of problem in the newer releases of Sierra Chart.
