Hello, I have just purchased Sierra pack 5 and monthly Sierra datafeed, but I'm unable to download data. It seem connected, but no data are downloading for charts or DOM. I cannot even see [M] indicator after the symbols of market. Data are only downloaded when I add Interactive Brokers for trading, but those data are from IB, not from Sierra. But I need tick data and that is a reason why I purchased yours. Could you please help me with this? I have read instructions and it seems everything is set correctly. |
