When posting an image of the chart, it is essential to remove all unnecessary studies from it. And give us a simple image. It is really impossible for us to say what the problem is with this little information. We need to see an image of the source chart being overlaid onto the other chart. And we need to know the Inputs of the Overlay study being used. So we need to see both charts again with only one of them having the Overlay study and all other studies removed. Also add the "Out of Order Timestamps Detector" study to the destination chart.
