Then change Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "CQG Web API".
Will not help in my case as I need the server sided OCO handling. The Web API does not provide for that. I am fully aware that Sierra is not in control over the datafeed for live trading (e.g. CQG, TT, Rithmic etc.) So what can I do to get the most likely reliable stable datafeed connection when using Sierra? Which datafeed supplier for live trading? If this problem is ongoing, then it is recommended you use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. This data feed requires a Direct Account.
Go "direct" with Sierra ? Please explain why the AMP Sierra offer/license is technically different from the Sierra "direct" offer? In the end both AMP and Sierra "direct" make use of the same datafeed for live trading - or not? I am confused.
