1. We see what probably went wrong. When the file was renamed probably the .CHT file extension was not specified. Select File >> Open Chartbook. Set the File Type to All Files. Locate the chart book name and rename it again and make sure the .CHT file extension is after the file name. 2. You need to set the Scale Increment to what you require.
