This is a less common problem and indicates some connectivity issue:

Or is it something at SC side where SC is not noticing CQG server activity?
No this is not it. Sierra Chart has very reliable software which we developed that maintains connections to external services. The FIX connection code/software works with multiple services and it is very stable and reliable. It is extensively used every day without any problem.
