Letting you know that we finally implemented a permanent solution to this packet loss issue which was causing temporary discrepancies on the Sierra Chart servers of the number of trades for the CME data. The solution was deployed on Friday 2016-01-22 and ran flawlessly for the CME symbols. Just now we have implemented a solution for CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX. So we do acknowledge that there has been a minor packet loss issue causing discrepancies but this is now permanently solved.
