I must have missed something. I believe I followed the instructions correctly, and changed the Transparency Level for Fill Styles to 25 from 75, but there is no change in the Pivot Range transparency. I even tried increasing it, thinking I was going the wrong way, but no change. Please advise. I tried to upload an image of the Graphics Settings - Other - Transparency Level for Fill Styles for you to see, but couldn't without closing the pop up.
