Update the Symbol Settings as explained here:

Apply them to the chart as explained here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateChartSettingsSteps

Re-download the data in the chart with Edit >Delete All Data and Download.

Adjust the data from before 2016-01-09 using the Edit >> Adjust Data function:

You will need to multiply the data by 10.
