so after cme changed the 6e to half ticks my charts don't load, the dom seems to work fine, but the charts are frozen and don't show half ticks. Also, when I pull up a new chart by clicking on open intraday chart, it shows little hyphens next to each other, like price is staying at one tick for the whole time. please help. Sierra Chart Support
