Yes, this is the problem: When I opened Sierra, a window pop up saying "Failed to open the configuration file when saving. Configuration not saved. Error: Windows error code 5: Access is denied." Not sure if this is relevant but apparently something is wrong?? Sierra Chart cannot function properly at all under this kind of condition.
