I have a trial subscription which started few days ago. I downloaded historical continuous data for soybeans, and soybean oil. However, when I started to download soybean meal it downloaded 2001 to 2005. Since then I been getting download error. I tried changing to port 80; tried turning off the firewall, deleting and download, but nothing has worked. What else can I try, or has Sierrachart blocked the downloads.
