Hi there, I have just switched to Sierra recently, and I'm on free trial package for now to see how it works. It says in your website that "real time and historical forex and cfd data service" is included in trial package, however in my Sierra the charts are only available until the date I downloaded Sierra, and I can't see any new data after that, (7th Jan 2016). I have chosen "SC data- all service" in "data/trade service setting", could you help me to have a look and guide me how to receive real data please? Thank you very much! |
